On the Zeffy page, scroll down to the section titled:

Enter the sponsorship amount that matches your selected tier.

In the message or note box, please write your Business/Organization Name and Sponsorship Tier.

Choose Whether to Cover Zeffy’s Fee
Zeffy may ask if you would like to cover their transaction fee. This is optional but appreciated, since Zeffy is 100% free for nonprofits.
If you do not want to contribute to the fee, select “Other” and enter $0.
